Development Cycle Process
Agile development has an added complication when it needs to sync with marketing. Below is a two-week cycle schedule that brings together development, product and marketing. For this project we had a series of deliverables to keep things in sync, these included:
- Product Spec
- Iteration Plan – beginning of iteration
- Iteration Note – end of iteration
- Reviewers’ Guides
- Collateral Updates: Tutorial, Tour, Store and PR
